I'm glad you suffered too :) I took 5hours 50 of punishment from the saddle, ended up starting at 10 and finishing at 5. Picked up quite a tan on my back while I was at it, couldn't believe how well it turned out. My knees are really killing today, apparently cyclists call it Easter Knees. I think I'll get a little more practice in before the next time, round 2 in May......

How did you get on today. the last 20 miles was a killer. OUr cycle time was 5.18. We did have a few stops on the way as well. Started at 7.30 and finished at 3.00
